Terms and Conditions

By using our website and booking services at Skin Pro Lab, you agree to our service policies, pricing, and cancellation terms. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Results from skincare services vary based on individual skin types and conditions.

Clients must be 18 years or older or accompanied by a parent/guardian.

1. Appointments

  • Please arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment.

  • A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.​

 

2. Late Arrivals

If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session may be shortened or rescheduled.

3. Refunds/Cancellation Policy​

At Skin Pro Lab, we value your time and satisfaction. Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $50 cancellation fee. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged this fee.

Refunds are not issued for completed services. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us directly to resolve any concerns.

4. Health Conditions

Please inform us of any allergies, skin conditions, or medications. We reserve the right to refuse service if it may cause harm to your health.

5. Fulfillment/Shipping Policy

All services at Skin Pro Lab are provided in person at our spa location. We do not offer shipping or product fulfillment at this time. Any physical items purchased must be picked up in-store unless otherwise arranged.
